Appointments
Due to the nature of a mobile veterinary service, we see patients by appointment only. We ask that you allow us to schedule appointments in a window of time (i.e. between 1:00 pm and 1:30 pm). If we are running early or late, we will call and let you know as much in advance as possible.
We will see our sick patients as soon as possible during and after regular business hours. After working many years in emergency medicine, we understand the importance of being available to our patients and clients in their times of need. The relationship and trust we have established with the patient and the owner is irreplaceable.
Please call (314) 566-6545. If we are unavailable, we will direct you to an after-hours facility in the area.
We ask that all cats be confined to a small room or carrier 30 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time. Many times cats will develop a sixth sense about a veterinary visit and make themselves unavailable.

Payment Policy
Payment is due when services are rendered. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, checks or cash. Additional charges will apply to returned checks.
